How to Love the Job You're With

Many of us aim and dream a career they want to have but unfortunately only few deserves the job they dreamed for. Due to economical situations and to satisfy the needs of our surrounding we get into jobs that we get rather than waiting and seeking for a job we wish. Thereby we degrade and sacrifice our desire. It is really difficult to get adopted, learn, love, apply our thoughts and shine in a job we don't like. But being an employer we have to face the challenges and give productivity to hold that job. Some people for time being take that job, resign once they are blessed with a kind of job they love while some struggles in a situation where they cant either love their job or change it.
I just came across a small article in WebMed written by Tevis Rose Trower which will seize only two minutes to read. The writer suggest some ways for us to love the job we don't like. Visit the below link to know more on this..

Right Action.....?????????

A private university in India has taken a very speedy action against a Professor and his six students since they are found to be involved in scientific misconduct and plagiarism. The professor was asked to resign(did so on August5) and the university revoked the PhD registration of six Scholars. Check the below link to read the university press release.

Is this a right action against falsification in research??
I feel very bad after reading an article, which states that India tops in plagarism, academic fraud, cheating and false research. Here is the link

What is the right action to be taken to avoid such circumstances in future and what are the steps that can be implemented in research institutions and universities to do good science in India??

The trick behind the Glowing Dog "Tegon"

Few days before researchers from Seoul national university created astounding dog named "Tegon" that can glow in fluorescent green under ultraviolet rays. Seriously, Tegon was cloned and genetically modified so that it light up when you put it in UV.This is another milestone in Biotechnology through Genetic engineering.

The scientists first inserted a DNA fragment that controls the expression of a green fluorescent gene into dog cells. They next extracted DNA from a dog oocyte (an immature female reproductive cell prior to fertilization) and injected the fluorescent-modified dog cells into it. The third step was to use a process known as Somatic Cell Nuclear Transfer to generate an embryo. The resulting embryo was then transferred into a surrogate dog mother. After 60 days of pregnancy, she gave birth to Tegon. When given a doxycycline antibiotic, the female beagle literally glows under UV light.

There are 268 illness that is common for humans and dogs and scientist claim creating dogs that artificially show such symptoms could aid treatment methods for diseases that afflict humans. They have spent 3.2 billion won(three million dollors) and four years of research to create such a dog.
Splendid work from Scientist. congrasulations. But do not let your research cross nature laws and ethics how much ever benefit it may bring to humans.
Now you all start saving money so that in future when Tegon like dogs comes to market and your child pest you to get it for them, you should be able to manage

This is Not my DesTinY

Two roads diverged in that road,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
I have decided to take the one, Not for myself and marched ahead ,yet knowing that will not fulfill my desire. Soon I stepped, I am glad my destiny stopped me and gave me another chance to choose a path that will lead to fulfill my desire. Now I am happy to make all difference and have no regrets for being stopped since WHAT I MISSED IS NOT MY DESTINY.
I Asked myself what do I want in this journey of life and what is my Happiness? I realized the path which I missed will never be my happiness. Moving forward hoping for good fortune.

Life is Enigma.. Part 1

Well... Everybody proceeds life with some aims and goals to achieve. We work hard to reach our goal managing all obstacles. But how much ever we struggle and long to fulfill what we aim, its fate that decides whether you deserve it or not. I have asked so many times myself whether it is LUCK or HARDWORK that decides what we deserve? I feel nothing comes to you without hardwork or it is not everything happened is because of luck. When an individual enjoys what he/she gets it doesn't mean he/she got simply because of their luck.I feel you get that luck since in some way you deserve what you got and god granted it since he felt it is best for you. I have crossed situations and because of which I stood infront of god and argued like
I have worked hard for it.. but why am deceived and not deserved.........??
There are scenarios where you loose chances though you were hardworking, capable and sincere. Because of agony that time we will expel to god that he has done injustice to us since our human mind is created in a such a way that we cant enjoy the flavor of failure. It is said God gives you what is best for you ...But IS IT THE SAME GOD TO CREATE A DESIRE/WISH IN OUR HEART THAT WE HAVE TO GET IT AND DISAPPOINT US LATER.....??. WHY CANT GOD GIVE AIMS and DREAMS THAT HE FEELS IS BEST FOR US AND HE CAN GRANT TO US rather than inoculating wishes in our heart that he cant fulfill ? Is it all because of Eve having that apple? I know I sound funny. But this is Enigma of Life...
There is another concept called Accept life as it comes..Our heart fights to accept/get used to what we get than what we wish. So,cant we simply sit without wishes to accept life as it comes rather than working hard for what we wish and disappoint if its not fulfilled? This option is applicable when you have no expectation either for you or for people around you. It best suits for saints and not us since we are bond to family/love and have responsibilities.
Its always better to aim, work hard for it to your best and leave it to God. If we succeed lets Enjoy praising Lord, our luck and talent. If we fail, lets develop a mentality to Enjoy the experience we have gained, trouble shoot, do better in what we got and see how to RAISE AGAIN from the place we fall. Its difficult to train our mind to have that mentality instead of regretting lot. One thing I firmly believe is SITUATIONS ARE NEVER PERMANENT. The wheel have to rotate down to come up and run the vehicle. Same is our life. You have to go down to come up in life. Hence god gives us disappointments, failures so that he makes you more stronger with more passion to win next time. I hope there is no man who has ever tasted success because I repeat again that I firmly believe Change is life and situations keep changing irrespective of Fate/luck/God/Hardwork. So better is to develop maturity to take things lighter during failures but find ways faster for success without bothering of luck vs Hardwork.
All the very best for all you people to develop a mentality to enjoy good or bad adventures of life without never giving up your hardwork and sincerity. Though we succeed or fail lets have one motto to make people around us happy.
